You can upload a brochure or timetable leaflet to your listing as a PDF. This is useful for routes that have printed materials — passengers can download and keep a copy for reference.

In the route editor, go to Media > Brochure / timetable leaflet.
What to upload
Upload your file as a PDF. We’d recommend keeping file sizes reasonable — under 5MB is ideal. If you have a full season brochure and a separate timetable leaflet, the timetable is usually the more useful file to upload here, as it’s what passengers most often need when planning a trip.
Tips
- Update the file each time your timetable or brochure changes — an outdated leaflet is worse than none at all
- Make sure the PDF is accessible — use a proper PDF (not just a scanned image) where possible, so screen readers can read it
- If you’ve already added a timetable URL in the Timetable section, you don’t need to duplicate it here — use this for a printed leaflet or brochure PDF instead
