You can link passengers directly to your timetable — either by adding a URL to an existing timetable page, or by uploading a PDF. This is one of the most practical things you can add to your listing, and passengers look for it.
Where to find it
In the route editor, go to Timetable > Timetable.
URL or file?
If your timetable is already online — on your operator website, Traveline, or a similar service — just paste in the URL. That’s the easiest option and keeps everything up to date automatically.
If you’d rather upload a file, we accept PDFs. Bear in mind that uploaded files won’t update automatically — you’ll need to come back and replace the file whenever the timetable changes.
Tips
- Link directly to the timetable for this specific route — not just your homepage or a general timetables page
- If you’re uploading a PDF, make sure it’s the current version before uploading
- Update this field whenever your timetable changes, especially at the start of a new season
- If your timetable is on Traveline, that’s a perfectly good link to use
