Whether you’re adding a new ticket or editing an existing one, the process is the same. You can edit your prices in one of two ways: manually through the Scenic UI or via a bulk upload spreadsheet.
Manually through the Listings Manager
From the ticket dashboard, find your ticket and click Edit. Navigate to the Pricing section.
Add each price band you want to display. Each band needs a name (such as ‘Adult’, ‘Child’ or ‘Senior’), a price, and optionally a validity period or zone. You can add as many bands as your ticket requires.
Click Save changes when you’re done. Your prices will appear on the ticket’s listing page and on any route listings the ticket is assigned to.
Bulk upload via spreadsheet
If you’re updating prices across a large number of tickets at once, the bulk spreadsheet upload is the most efficient method. Contact our team to request an export of your current ticket data.
Once you’ve updated the spreadsheet, send it back and we’ll get the updated prices loaded into the system. This service is included for Silver and Gold subscribers — Bronze subscribers may be charged at our discretion.
