Redesigning & optimising user membership flows for Royal Yachting Association
The Royal Yachting Association reached out to us to redesign their membership sign up process.
The RYA (Royal Yachting Association) offers multiple membership types, which can be confusing for users trying to understand the differences and choose the right one.
The RYA team asked us to redesign their membership page to clarify the differences; we switched from a paragraph for each option to a succinct list of bullet points.
This new approach worked very well for the RYA and their customers, with customer satisfaction improved.
