2.7.7: Add prices to a ticket

Whether you’re adding a new ticket or editing an existing one, the process is the same. You can edit your prices in one of two ways: manually through the Scenic UI or in a bulk upload via spreadsheet.

Whether you’re adding a new ticket or editing an existing one, the process is the same. You can edit your prices in one of two ways: manually through the Scenic UI or in a bulk upload via spreadsheet.

Manually through the Listings Manager

From the ticket dashboard

Bulk upload via spreadsheet

You’ll need to speak to our team about getting an up-to-date export of your ticketing information from the Scenic Listings Manager which you can then update.

Once you’ve updated the spreadsheet simply send it back to us and we’ll get it uploaded into the system for you.

This process is great if you’re updating multiple tickets at once.

We’ll update the tickets over spreadsheet for you free if you’re a Silver or Gold subscription holder. It’s up to our discretion whether we charge you for this service if you’re a Bronze (free) subscription holder.
