Our process
How design projects work
Leaflets, adverts, brochures and more. Most design projects are quick and well defined, so we keep the process lean.
Step 1 – Tell us what you need
Book a free 30-minute call, or send us a message with your brief. Either way, we’ll understand exactly what you need before we quote.
Step 2 – A fixed quote before we start
You’ll know the price up front. As long as the brief doesn’t change, that’s what you pay.
If a new idea comes up, it gets its own estimate, and we’ll tell you before any cost is incurred.
Step 3 – Design & two rounds of amends
We design, you review. Two rounds of amends are included in the quote.
Need more? No problem – we’ll quote for extra rounds before we do them.
Step 4 – Files ready to use, or printed for you
You’ll get print-ready files or digital files, whichever you need. Want both? That’s a small extra cost.
We can also arrange printing through a third-party printer.
Once the final invoice is paid, the copyright in the visual work is yours.
A few we’ve made
- Munich Re – the digital adverts for their global cyber campaign
- Safeguard Coaches – a leaflet, posters and bus backs for their centenary day at Guildford Cathedral, with a network map that included the day’s free heritage routes
- Lumo – the map, flyer, banner and social graphics for the LumAle Trail, a walking guide to independent bars near Newcastle Central Station
