What are “routes”?

Routes are at the core of what we promote on the Scenic website – we list several types of routes on Scenic:

1. Scheduled bus routes
2. Scheduled coach routes
3. Scheduled railway journeys

Please note: we do not classify day trips and excursions as routes – this is because they’re edited very differently and shown to our users very differently to regularly scheduled bus, coach and rail routes.
