Letting passengers know where to buy tickets for your services is an important part of your operator profile. You can add a link to your own ticketing page, a third-party booking platform, or both.
Add a tickets link
In the SLM, go to Operators and select your operator. Click Edit and navigate to the Where to buy tickets section.
Enter the URL where passengers can purchase tickets. This could be your own website, Traveline, Trainline, or any other platform you use. Save your changes.
Tips
- Link to your specific operator page on a booking platform rather than the platform’s homepage
- If you sell tickets through multiple channels, you may want to link to a page on your website that lists all the options
- Keep this link up to date — broken ticket links are frustrating for passengers
