About this project

The RYA – Royal Yachting Association – offers many different types of membership and it was confusing for users to understand the difference between them all and choose the right one.

The RYA team asked us to redesign their membership page to simplify the differences – we switched from a paragraph for each option to a succinct list of bullet points as an example.

This new approach worked very well for the RYA and their customers, with customer satisfaction improved and

Incorporating our newly designed blocks for each membership level, our very talented team designed a custom user experience to allow users to complete the sign up process without leaving the page.

Clearer calls to action, a more modern interface and bolder graphics made our redesign look fresher than the existing page.
